Black israelites screaming into speakers have moved to the corner of Love Park and City Hall. While they have the right to say whatever they wish, they do not have the legal right to yell into amplified speakers if it can be heard more than 50-100yds away. As someone that likes a block and half a way from where they are, I can hear every hateful word they scream through my closed windows while I try to work and study and frankly live. There is not easy option of 'you can move' or you can walk away, as that implies tens of thousands of dollars in costs. They are also ruining one of the few nicer parts of the city (city hall and love park). Something must be done, I've called the police multiple times about them and they are not helping.
