Description

3 small dogs that are left out to bark from 7pm to sometimes 1am. I love animals and understand that they may have to go to the bathroom, but the owners are sitting right insode this door as the dogs bark at everyone and everything. Letters have been left and ignored. Sometimes seems like they do it on spite. All we want is to be able to sleep at night. It is worse in the summer time when I would like to have my windows open but have to turn on the AC to block the noise. PSPCA has been notified over and over for months and nothing.
