There is an abandoned yellow bike near the entrance of FYX-IT store, 202 E. Green St., C. Bike is locked to a railing. (One FYX-IT employee said the bike has been sitting there for months.) The bike is squashed and sticking way out into sidewalk — a tripping hazard. Thank you.
