It is actually the empty lot and both sides of the property - Market and 19th look like this. This property has changed hands a number of times but nothing has happened on it for twenty years! Obviously our tax rates on vacant land are too low.
The owners should be fined by the City until they shovel their sidewalks. It is very hazardous walking there.

ah yes, 20th + Market St - I was looking @ the location marker which is the CVS - I thought surely we could get them to shovel...
