  • 2317 S 18th St Lincoln, Nebraska, 68502 - Lincoln
Just honestly exhausting to have to continually deal with this after having reported so often. The washer and dryer have been in the driveway for over a week and the owner will, several times a day, unload an overflowing car of more junk to add. Recently, I have had to call police for noise and fighting complaints. This house, as I have reported before is ONE BLOCK from an elementary school. This should no longer be tolerated and more severe measures need to be taken as this is a continuous matter, despite any type of intervention. Neighbors,
Who take great care of their homes, deserve to feel safe in those homes. This neighbor ensures chaos and an unsafe environment.

    2317 S 18th St Lincoln, NE 68502, USA - Lincoln
Once again, reporting this property. The occupant is a hoarder who, day after day, brings truckloads of junk and unloads it. as you can see in the attached photo from Google Maps, the backyard is overflowing with heaps of junk. This often spills into neighbors yards. There is constant fighting and yelling coming from the property. The occupant often harasses neighbors and is a nightmare to live around. This has been reported multiple times for years. We are tired of it and tired of nothing getting done about it.
  • Irvingdale Park Lincoln NE 68502, United States - Lincoln
This goes beyond a noise complaint, which is occurring between 8PM - 12AM many nights. Individuals regularly use the Irvingdale Park parking lot to do doughnuts, which can be heard throughout the neighborhood. In addition to the noise, I am worried for the safety of those who choose to do this activity, as well as afraid of any damage that would occur in the newly renovated park.
I would request a speed bump or other traffic calming measure be installed to mitigate this issue.

  • 5200-5310 Vine St Lincoln, NE, 68504, USA - Lincoln

The traffic coming out of Culler Middle School is a bear. Many times parents who have to turn east out of Culler and want to go west on Vine, either make a "U" Turn from the outside eastbound lane after the soft-impact divider, attempt a "U" Turn from the inside eastbound lane or make a left into one of the driveways on the north side, in order to turn around (make a fake "U" Turn, in other words). One time I was almost hit by such a driver in the outside lane and there was another accident there this morning. I'm not sure if today's accident is due to a "U" Turner or not, but it brought back to mind this issue.

It may be slightly unconventional, but might a larger No "U" Turn signs be installed on the furthest position on the school zone mast arm, for eastbound traffic please? It's a tricky spot for any such sign, but if it's visible for eastbound traffic, then it at least can be enforceable... but ultimately and hopefully make things safer at the same time.

    Anywho, thanks much as always!

  • 1400 C St Lincoln, Nebraska, 68502 - Near South
Why is Will Refuse picking up trash at 319AM....When I asked the one worker if he knew what time it was, his response was "I have no idea."
IT WAS THREE NINETEEN in the MORNING. Several rentals sit directly on the alley. Tenant's heads likely hit the pillow NO MORE than 12 feet from where the hauler is dumping 6 totes into the truck (via the lift). I seem to recall that is well BEFORE the haulers are allowed. FWIW, Lincoln allows ANY hauler down any street or alley. We have at least 4 different haulers accessing this alley several times a week (DAY). The wear and tear on the alleys as well as noise and blowing trash is ridiculous. Would this be allowed in other areas of town? I have heard as Lincoln hit 300,000 population Lincoln was supposed to switch to a UNIFIED HAULER. Is that correct? What is the status of this? No doubt about 29 haulers are going to be unhappy with that change...How much does a full truck weigh? Now image the wear on tear of those vehicles on city streets and ALLEYS are NOT maintained by the CITY.
  • 1710 N 31st St Lincoln, Nebraska, 68503 - Clinton
I have lived in this neighborhood for 20 years. Every time the grader "rolls" through our alley, it is from north to south. So the north part of the alley (Fair Street) has really thick rock; however, as you grade the alley further south, the density of the rock becomes sparse. ( tried to attach five photos but I only can view one on this page.) I realize this is not my expertise, far from it but I don't understand why the grading isn't done both directions. I'm not asking for you for an extra expense to this household, I just don't understand why the grading isn't done both north to south and then south to north.
  • 1212 D St Lincoln, Nebraska, 68502 - Everett
There is a party going on in the parking lot. There are minor children present, adults drinking, and loud music playing.
  • 2380 Kokomo Dr Lincoln, Nebraska, 68521 - Lincoln
The neighbors that live at this address are constantly (almost daily) riding their dirt bikes and four wheelers through the streets and busy roads in the area. They are incredibly loud they do it during the day and night. They have almost collided with vehicles on the busy roads as well.
  • 6925 Havelock Ave Lincoln, NE, 68507, USA - Lincoln
