Description

Were do I begin with this house! The backyard is littered with vehicles and torn apart metal objects. The owner has made a illegal addition onto his garage without a building permit. Day and night dogs are heard barking over there and once in a blue moon you will hear a man yell at them. The owners are always cranking there radio making it impossible to sleep sometimes. And to top it all off in the summertime they have large burnings were they toss leaves and god knows what onto the fire and you can see the embers and smoke fall over the street and houses. Something seriously needs to happen before this gets worse!!
