  Thank you. Last I got from Building & Safety was they closed the case on UPLINK. I've contacted them by phone and got no response except some smart a _ _. This fence is mostly on the ground or in the process of falling over completely, and its not very appealing for our businesses in the area for the Holiday, or any day. Then there's the issue of the rebar that children, or folks walking home from the bar, could trip and fall on. That would have a tragic outcome. I do hope to hear from you if this fencing is acceptable. No one in the city seems to care much except Bowers.

  To be fair, I literally just drove by that fence at 5:15pm and Dave ain't lying, it looks more like a demolition pile than a "fence". The last business kept up the grounds nicely, this is a shame. :(
