This property has been vacant for 3-5 years, city has been contracting for mowing, recently a tree company began taking down a large tree. There are big junks of tree sitting all over the property, one of which is across the back door which no longer has glass in the window. A large branch fell through the roof of the house. Wild animals have easy access to the interior. Are there plans to tear down the house? If not, it needs to be secured. It's a major hazard as is.
