Description

I feel bad because the guy across the street from me is trying his best to keep his house up… but as you can see in the picture raccoons are living in the fireplace chimney and the back yard looks like a jungle. Birds are nesting in the siding and his bushes are overgrown. Isn’t there someone, or an agency that can anonymously offer help?
